Conditions of participation for Instagram competitions

1. The competition is organized by C TOTAL GmbH Schulstrasse 3, 8050 Zurich, as the operator of the C TOTAL Instagram account. It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The information provided by the participants is not received by Instagram, but by C TOTAL GmbH. The information will only be used for the competition.
2. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
3. The competition begins and ends at the specified time. C TOTAL reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
4. People over the age of 18 who are resident in Switzerland can take part in the competition.
5. Comments that violate the Instagram guidelines, Swiss law, or our manners will be removed without notice after becoming aware of them. The participant is excluded from the raffle.
6.  The prize draw will take place after the implementation period has expired.
7. The winners will be informed via Instagram's direct message function on Instagram. The winners must send their contact and address data via Instagram Direct Message to the C TOTAL Instagram page or by email to mail@c-total.ch within 5 working days of being notified of the prize. If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their entitlement to the prize expires without replacement. A substitute winner will then be drawn according to the same procedure.
8. Personal data that must be collected in order to carry out the competition will only be used, processed and used for that purpose. These will be deleted after the competition has ended and the prizes have been delivered. The participant expressly agrees to this.
9. The personal data of the participants are used and collected by C TOTAL GmbH in compliance with data protection regulations. The consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to mail@c-total.ch or Instagram Direct Message. In this case, the participant also declares that they will no longer take part in the competition.
10. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data provided.
11. The judges' decision is final.
