How to use RefectoCil 0 Blonde Brow and EyeLash Tint?

- Cleanse eyebrows with Refectocil Eye Makeup Remover.
- Mix 2 cm of the tint with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidizing Cream (3%) until you have a creamy paste.
- Apply to eyebrows with the RefectoCil Hard cosmetic brush from root to tip.
- Leave on for 5 minutes to lighten by one tone, 12 minutes to lighten by two tones, and 20 minutes to lighten by three tones.
- Remove with RefectoCil Eye Makeup Remover.
