What makes a perfect coloring service?
Every color service begins with the most competent consultation possible, in which the initial color is determined and the target color is set. To achieve the best possible color result, a few more steps are required than simply applying and washing out the hair color.
To help hairdressers meet the high expectations of their clients, Schwarzkopf Professional developed a line specifically to optimize color services. The aim of the product line: even color results without color stains or irritation on the skin, preservation of hair quality and the possibility of gentle hair color removal.
For a flawless hair color result, the coloring process with Schwarzkopf Color Enablers can be divided into the following steps:
The optimal preparation for the coloring service.
Not every hair offers an ideal surface for perfect color results. The decisive factor here is the hair structure.
Hair that has already been chemically pretreated often has an unbalanced degree of porosity. The result is uneven color results. This can be counteracted with a structure-balancing primer. Hair Primer from Schwarzkopf Professional neutralizes metal ions and thus balances out hair structures with varying degrees of porosity.
Skin protection during the coloring process
Have you experienced hair color stains on the skin that were almost impossible to wash off? This can be prevented in advance by applying a skin protection cream. To do this, apply Skin Protection Cream to the skin according to the contours, sparing hair. The cream not only protects against color stains and irritation, but also has a nourishing effect on the skin.
Scalp protection during hair coloring
When coloring hair with a sensitive scalp, special care is required.
Protect your scalp with Scalp Protect Serum and avoid irritation and itching after hair coloring. The protective serum has a soothing effect on the skin and in no way affects the effect of the hair color.
Preservation of hair quality
Oxidative hair coloring often brings dryness and hair breakage afterwards. With FIBREPLEX, damaged hair can be minimized after coloring. FIBREPLEX No.1 Bond Booster acts as a color additive and protects the hair during the chemical process of coloring.
Remove hair color stains on the skin
Get rid of annoying color stains right after washing out the hair color with Stain Remover. Put a little of it on a cotton pad and wipe it over the skin until the stains disappear.
Aftercare
Complete your color treatment by closing the cuticle of the hair again and neutralizing its PH value. To do this, use FIBREPLEX No.2 Bond Sealer as the 2nd step of the FIBREPLEX System or Hair Sealer. The neutralization of the PH value stops the oxidative process, which is essential for optimal regeneration of the hair. By closing the cuticle, the color pigments are trapped in the hair and rapid fading of the hair color is prevented.
Color correction
In the case of unsatisfactory color results, in some cases only a color correction in the form of a color print can help. To remove hair color from the hair as gently as possible, Schwarzkopf Professional has developed a 2-phase Color Remover. This makes it possible to create a new optimal starting position for color correction and eliminate unwanted color casts.
