Customer trust is important to us, which is why C TOTAL takes data protection seriously and pays attention to appropriate security. 1. Scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data

The C TOTAL website can be visited without providing any personal information. C TOTAL saves access data without personal reference such as the name of the Internet service provider, the page from which C TOTAL is visited, the IP address or the names of the files requested. These data are evaluated exclusively to improve the offer of C TOTAL. They do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the visiting person. C TOTAL only collects personal data if the customer voluntarily provides them to us when ordering goods, opening a customer account or registering for the C TOTAL newsletter. A newsletter is only sent on express request. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

The data you provide will be used to fulfill and process the order. In order to fulfill the contract, C TOTAL passes on the personal data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. In order to process payments, C TOTAL forwards the payment data required for this to the credit institute commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by C TOTAL or to the payment service selected in the ordering process.

C TOTAL uses suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data stored by C TOTAL against manipulation, partial or complete loss and against unauthorized access by third parties. The security measures of C TOTAL are continuously improved and adapted in line with technological developments.
