It neutralises unwanted tones, boosts brightness and delivers an even, natural-looking result without lifting the base colour. Its gentle formula respects the hair fibre, making it ideal for sensitised or pre-lightened hair.

Application of BLONDME Glow Toner
Mixing: Mix with BLONDME Premium Developer (low volume) until a smooth and even consistency is achieved.
