How to use WELLA Professionals Blondor Freelights Developer?

- Mix the FREELIGHTS White Lightening Powder (A) and FREELIGHTS Developer to the desired consistency and level of lightening (B),
- Vol. 20, 6% (to lift gently), and Vol. 30, 9% (extra lift)
- 12% (maximum lift) of Vol. 40 in a non-metallic bowl.
- Ratio of mixing 1: 1 to 1: 3 (recommended 1 : 1.5)
- Use a maximum of 6% (20 vol.) developer for on-scalp application. Never use heat.
- Apply to dry hair
- Process according to desired level of lightness and desired result
- Rinse and shampoo hair thoroughly after processing is complete

Note : The desired level of lightening and the state of the hair will determine how long the process will take. The overall development time is limited to 50 minutes.
