The RefectoCil Lash & Brow bar has a built-in handle that allows it to be carried from one workstation to another. This RefectoCil display includes many items including the oil-free micellar eye makeup remover that strengthens lashes and all the other accessories needed for tinting.
The RefectoCil Lash & Brow Bar includes:
