Application BLONDME Lightener 9+
Mixing: Mix powder with BLONDME developer in a 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 ratio.
Application: Apply immediately after mixing to dry hair. Do not wash hair before application. Processing time: 20–45 minutes.
Finish: Rinse thoroughly, then use BLONDME shampoo and conditioner.
