RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol) is an alternative coloring care to liquid oxidant. This stabilized cream meets the needs of eyelash and eyebrow coloring with RefectoCil products. The face care cream oxidizer makes the coloring more creamy for people who tend to use creamy colorings.
RefectoCil’s 3% (10 vol) cream oxidant developer contains hydrogen peroxide, which fights microbial growth and allows for easy mixing. This face care creates a paste that is easily applied to lashes and brows.

How to use the oxidizer in the eyelash and eyebrow coloring process?
- Before starting the procedure of mixing the oxidizer with the dye, first of all, you have to clean the surface of the eyes and eyebrows, and beard on which you are going to put the dye.
- Mix 2 cm of the dye with 10 to 15 drops of the 3% cream oxidizer RefectoCil. Mix the contents well until a creamy paste is obtained, then use the mixture immediately on the surfaces you wish to color.
- Leave the mixture to act for a duration of 10 minutes on the lashes and a duration that is between 5 to 10 minutes on the lashes, the more you leave the mixture to act on the surface, the more you will have a darker and intense color.
- After the passage of the necessary time, it is advisable to remove the mixture by cotton disc and water.
