RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit allows the lamination of the eyebrows to obtain thicker and more bushy eyebrows. This face care allows you to obtain fuller and wider eyebrows in only 10 minutes. It also helps to permanently fix the eyebrows in the desired shape.
Thanks to the keratin in this RefectoCil kit, the eyebrow hairs are strengthened and stay in place for about 6 weeks. The formula of the RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit breaks the hydrogen bonds in the keratin of the eyebrow hair. This makes the hair malleable. Then, the neutralizing gel fixes the hairs and the neutralizing agent connects the sulfur bridges of the hairs during the application time.

How to apply the RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit ?
- Remove makeup, clean and dry eyebrows thoroughly.
- Brush the eyebrows with the eyebrow brush so that they take the desired shape.
- Apply Lash & Brow Perm with the brush.
- Leave on for 6 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Apply the Neutralizer in the same way as the Perm-Gel with the brush.
- Leave on for 4 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Thoroughly clean eyebrows with a saline solution.
Tips from CTOTAL
- When applying Perm-Gel, it is recommended to apply it in the same direction in which the hairs were brushed and to start at the beginning of the eyebrow. You can also put a plastic film on the eyebrows during the application time to avoid stubborn hairs.
